Our 10 day refund policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. That's why you can be sure you made the right decision. In in the event your not 100% happy with your purchase we offer a full refund minus £10 processing fee.
How to claim your refund?
To claim your refund, please forward the e-mail confirmation (receipt) to refunds@datingscripts.co.uk along with the reason for the return of the software.
What do i need to provide?
All online orders are handled using Worldpay and/or Paypal.. For each purchase from this website you should have received an e-mail confirmation. Among other things, this e-mail indicates the following:
Source of purchase (Worldpay or Paypal);
Customer Number, Order Number, or Reference Number;
Product Ordered;
Date of Purchase;
Price Paid.
If you are unable to locate your e-mail receipt, you must give us your
contact information and other details so that we can locate your order.
The information you send must include the following: your full name, estimated
date of purchase, purchased product, purchase price, and reason for returning
the software. The date of purchase must be within the last 10 days. E-mail
this information to refunds@datingscripts.co.uk.
Refunds will be made to the same account/card that was used to purchase the software.
Policy Changes
eMeeting Ltd. reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its
discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy.
Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately
following the posting of the revised Refund Policy on the eMeeting Dating
Software website(s).
You agree to periodically review our websites, including the current version of our Refund Policy. Our refund policy is made available on our websites. It is your obligation to review our refund policy for any such revisions.
