Our 10 day refund policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. In in the event your not 100% happy with your software purchase we offer a full refund minus a £10 processing fee. Refunds are available for new software purchases only (Basic License, Basic License with Branding Removal, or Developers License). No refunds on any order paid for using Western Union. Refunds are not available for customization requests, technical support access, software updates access, professional upgrade, or additional license purchases.
How to claim your refund?

What do i need to provide?
