eMeeting Dating Software has two very quick and easy to use software installer, the first step is to download and upload the software files from our customer area onto your website hosting provider and the next step is to setup and customize your new dating website. Follow the guide below to upload the files to your website using our easy to use installer and watch the video on the left to help you setup and customize your installation.
Installing eMeeting Dating Software
Uploading emeeting dating software to your website ready for install couldnt be easier! Once you have downloaded the dating software installer from your customer area simply double click on the file and you will be presented with the screen below;

The image displayed above will be displayed when you first open the software, this is simply the software terms and conditions which you must agree to if you wish to continue using the software.

The next page will give you the option to install it onto your website (remote machine) or onto your computer (usually incase you wish to keep a bacup of the files for later use).
Because we are going to install it onto our website, we must select 'install to a remote machine' and then click next.

We must now enter the FTP details for our website, if you do not know your FTP details or do not have a hosting account please contact eMeeting and we might be able to help setup a free hosting account for you.
Once you have entered your FTP details click on 'Browse' to ensure you are uploading the files to the correct folder on your website.

When clicking on the browse button you will be able to browse all the folders currently listed on your website. Most hosting company that use cPanel will expect you to install files into the folder called 'public_html' therefore click and select this folder before clicking 'OK'.

If you are presented with the message box is displayed above then you have files or folders already in this folder. This is not something to worry about unless you have documents within the folder you might want to keep, in this case make sure you make a backup before installing as this may overwrite it.

The software must now make sure that your website address is at same location where the files are going to be installed, enter your domain name for your website into the field available and click 'Ok'.
If you are unable to continue due to an errors its possible that you have not selected to install the files in the 'public_html' folder, or the folder where you have asked to install the files does not match the web address you have entered above.

The software is now ready to install, double check everything is where you want it to be and then click 'next' to start the installation process.

The software is now being installed onto your website, this may take some time if you your internet connection is slow so please be patient. Once the software has completed the installation you are then ready to setup the software on your website.
